Job description

As a Quant Analyst, you will work on a range of projects: from developing predictive models and writing mathematical algorithms to further develop and improve the automated software. Part of your job will comprise of data-driven coding and creating systems that can handle complex data and complex processes. The work entails a combination of technical and practical aspects to find the best solutions for our trading strategies.

Your work requires a combination of analytical and coding skills and you will apply them on a variety of challenges: from designing, testing and implementing new strategies, performing data analysis to obtain a better understanding of the market and our own trading performance, or building various tools to streamline or automate certain processes. A project can take a week, a month or even several months, and sometimes we need more time to make sure we have the best result.

Job requirements

Who are you

  • You have a Master’s degree or PhD in Physics, Mathematics, Quantitative Finance, Econometrics, or equivalent, with exceptional grades*
  • Experience with programming (Python or another language)
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about mathematical modelling
  • You take ownership of your projects and can work independently

* Minimum requirements are (i attending a top 200 university, (ii) top tier grades such as CH: >5.5, UK: >70%, NL: >8.0, DE: <1.6, FR: A, IT: 110L or equivalent
